Terms and Conditions – Paddy Power Pakistan Betting Platform

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and paddy power ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with the use of all services available at paddypower.vu, including sports betting, casino games, promotions and all associated account features.

By accessing or using any part of the paddy power platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are using the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes, and that you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

02 Account Registration

To use the paddy power platform, you must create a registered account. Registration requires providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You agree to ensure all information provided is true, current and complete at all times.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed without notice.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. paddy power may request proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account pending verification.
• Account registration must be completed in your own name. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify paddy power immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accounts must not be used for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for other players or placing bets on behalf of others.

paddy power reserves the right to refuse account registration at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Verification of identity, address and payment methods may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before any withdrawal is processed.

03 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on paddy power are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees because PKR is the native and only operating currency. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
• All deposit methods used must belong to the account holder. Using payment methods registered to another person is a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary by method.
• paddy power does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds received from a third-party payment source may be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.
• paddy power reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into an account. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension pending review.

Deposited funds are held in your account balance and may be used for sports betting, casino games or any other activity available on the platform. Funds deposited as part of a promotional offer may be subject to additional conditions as described in the relevant promotion terms.

04 Sports Betting Rules

The paddy power sportsbook covers cricket, football, esports and more than 30 additional sports. Specific market rules, settlement rules and void conditions are published within each market and sport on the platform. The following general principles apply to all sports betting activity:

• All b ets are subject to acceptance by paddy power. A bet is not confirmed until a betslip confirmation is displayed on screen with a unique bet reference number.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that will apply to settlement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the moment of acceptance. Network delays may affect submission timing, and paddy power reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is determined.
• Bets on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — are settled on official results as declared by the ICC or the relevant national cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, specific cricket void rules apply as published on the platform.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the full odds to be paid. If one or more selections are void, the bet is recalculated using the remaining selections at the applicable odds.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• paddy power reserves the right to limit, restrict or void bets placed in circumstances indicating system error, odds error, or any form of manipulation or abuse.

In cases where an event result is under official review or appeal, settlement may be delayed until the official governing body confirms the final result. paddy power will communicate any such delays through the platform.

05 Casino & Games

The paddy power casino includes slots from established game studios, live dealer tables covering roulette, blackjack and baccarat, and additional table game variants available in the game lobby. The following terms apply to casino and game play:

• All casino games use certified random number generation or live dealer formats operated by the platform's game suppliers. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform or by previous game results.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• Live casino tables may have seat or player limits. If a preferred table is full, alternative tables with the same game variant are available in the live casino lobby.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the round will be settled based on the game's standard rules for incomplete rounds. Credits for disconnected rounds are determined on a case by case basis.
• Game history and session records are available in your account's bet history section for all completed casino rounds.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

paddy power offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and other incentive programmes from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional activity:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• paddy power reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited and in active use will be honoured under the original terms.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting to fulfil wagering requirements, may result in the cancellation of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Free bet tokens are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from a free bet are withdrawable, subject to any qualifying conditions stated in the promotion terms.

07 Withdrawals

• Before a withdrawal can be processed, identity and payment method verification may be required. paddy power may request a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the account, or to a verified method registered in the account holder's name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• paddy power reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a verification review. Where a review is initiated, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide required documentation.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before withdrawal may be subject to a review. The platform is a betting and gaming platform, not a payment processing or transfer service.

08 Responsible Gaming

• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of data subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Account activity data, including bet history and transaction records, is retained for the period required to meet operational and compliance obligations.

10 Suspension & Closure

paddy power reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing involvement or any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Use of software, bots or other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification when requested.
• Account holder being under 18 years of age.
• Holding multiple accounts in the same name or household.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is requested by the player and no breach is involved, the remaining balance after settlement of open bets will be returned via the account's registered payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting paddy power support or by using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Account closure requests will be processed promptly.

11 Disputes & Errors

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that an error has occurred in connection with your account, you should contact paddy power support as soon as possible, providing your account details and a description of the issue. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction.

• In the event of a pricing or system error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, paddy power reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Settlement errors will be corrected promptly once identified, regardless of whether they are in the player's favour or in the platform's favour.
• Where a technical fault affects the outcome of a casino game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Any completed rounds prior to the fault are not affected.
• paddy power's decision on disputes is final following a full review of the available evidence, including server logs, bet records and game data.
